Terms & Conditions

 

- To secure a reservation a payment of the first night is required by Credit Card (we are unable to take AMEX or Diners cards).

- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation by e-mail from Reception.

- Bookings can only be made up to 3 months ahead of your intended stay. Prices are subject to seasonal variation (see 'Price Structure' chart below).

- Reception is open for checking in from 0900-2200. Once you have checked in at reception, you shall be issued with a method of entry where you can let yourself into the hostel at any time of the day.

There is a minimum of 3 nights stay required (no cancellations allowed) during the Christmas, New Years and August (Festival) period. You will only be charged for the first nights accommodation and can pay the rest upon arrival.

- Cancellation - 48 hours notice is required for cancellation otherwise your credit card will be charged the full amount. if you require to cancel your booking, please try to call us between 9am & 10.30am in the morning (UK time).

- Electronic records of personal information & credit card details will be deleted after your stay and the full bill has been settled. Manual records of transactions will be kept in accordance with standard UK accounting practises. E-mail addresses, unless requested otherwise by the submitter of the form, shall be kept on record for occasional news / hostel updates (or the odd Christmas card).

- Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
